To create a new login: Supabase Dashboard → Authentication → Users → Add user (any email + password, e.g. twc.singleton@kalache.group). The new login appears here — assign it to a store and it can sign in immediately. Password resets are also done in the dashboard.
Rename a store
Applies to future imports. Re-import the store's files after renaming so existing data moves to the new name.
Rules (saved for the whole group)
Overstock rule: an item is overstocked when it still sells (>0 in the usage report) but SOH exceeds the "keep" months of its own demand; only the excess is transferable. Transfer qty rule: receiver is topped up to the set months of their demand, counting stock they already hold (sells 1/mo, holds 1 → gets 2×1−1 = 1).
